"Corrupted MAC on input" disconnects

Postby suseuser04 » Mon Aug 01, 2011 11:42 pm

Hello:

I would like to make vpnclient work on openSUSE 11.4 with kernel
kernel-desktop-2.6.37.6-0.5.1 i586.
I used vpnclient-linux-x86_64-4.8.02.0030-k9 version of vpnclient and
applied the patch called vpnclient.patch-2.6.38 mentioned in this topic:
viewtopic.php?f=15&t=1293#p6345.

vpnclient built and installed without any problem.
I can run vpnclient and it makes the vpn tunnel.

However if I use ssh or sftp with bigger traffic (eg. transfer larger file)
the ssh/sftp connection is terminated with this message:

Corrupted MAC on input.
Disconnecting: Packet corrupt

ssh/sftp works if I don't use the vpn tunnel.

Does anyone else have this issue?
How could I fix it?

Thanks,

Istvan
